“Since I was a child, I have been closely linked to the world of sports, since I started playing handball since I was 10 years old at BMLalín. After finishing my bachelor’s degree, I begin my idyll with physiotherapy, which becomes my great passion.
From 2007 to 2011, I completed the Degree in Physiotherapy at the University of Vigo, where I continue to combine it with the practice of this sport, initially in the BM.Lalín and later in the Teucro S.D. After finishing my career in 2011, I decide to make the leap to the capital attracted by the Official Master’s Degree in Sports Physiotherapy from the European University of Madrid, in which I acquire practical experience in the 2011-2012 season and of which I will later be an assistant professor in one of his seminars in 2014, 2015 and 2018.
In 2013, I continue to complete my training simultaneously performing the Higher Diploma in Osteoarticular Physiotherapy (Structural Osteopathy by the Autonomous University of Madrid / ONCE) and the Expert in Osteoarticular Manual Therapy and Dry Muscle Puncture in the Locomotor System (King Juan Carlos University) , at the same time as the Pilates Expert (by AEFEP) and the Official Kinesio-Taping Title KT1, KT2 and KT3 (by the International Association of Kinesio Taping). In parallel, I made a substitution in Cranioclinic & Corekinesis Opera and, later, became part of the Ruber Physios Clinic and the French Liceo Rugby Club (1st team). In addition, I participate this year in the Medical Services and Anti-Doping Unit of the World Handball Championship held in Madrid (Spain).
During the following years, I continue with my training in Invasive Physiotherapy & Regeneration of Soft Tissues, specializing in Musculoskeletal Ultrasound, Percutaneous Ultrasound Guided Electrolysis (EPI®, EPTE®, EPM®), Bioregulatory Mesotherapy, going on to perform my professional activity in Physiotherapy Northwest and collaborating with Sanitas (in an exclusively private service). It is at this stage when I meet Martín Giacchetta (Personal Trainer of great recognition), who will mark me personally and professionally.
In 2015, I conducted the Expert in Fascial Therapy and I have the privilege of becoming part of Tensegrity, until today, through which I travel as External Consultant of the National Team of Qatar (QFA) during the preparation celebration of the Asian Cup, which takes place in Bahrain in 2016.
Already in 2017 is when I do the Master in Physical Preparation and Sports Readaptation (With specialization in Soccer) by the Universidade Pablo de Olavide in Seville and travel as External Consultant of various international soccer players.
Being in 2018 when I completed my training in Osteopathy with the Master in Visceral Cranial Osteopathy of the Camilo Jose Cela University and in the newest techniques of invasive physiotherapy such as ElectroNeuroAcupuncture (ENA®) and Percutaneous Neuromodulation Ecoguied (NMP®).
During 2019 I join the Technical Staff of Xavi Hernández as manager (Head Physio) of the physiotherapists at Al Sadd Sports Club in Qatar until today.
Since then, I keep abreast of the latest developments and advances in my profession.
Throughout these years, I have tried to train and learn with the most prestigious and best professionals in the sector, of whom especially Jesús Santos, Fernando Galán and Raúl Martínez have been fundamental for me and for which I feel a great respect and a deep admiration”.
